"Since I was a child, I have been a scientist who likes to find answers to questions, trying to understand the world, how it works and why it is the way it is. Perhaps because of this quality, life has spared me good and wise teachers from different cultures and traditions. They have helped me to see many subtle things and to understand how certain laws work. Higher economic and legal education enabled me to settle comfortably in society, but the divide of values within me was so strong that I had to take a more interesting path in life.

I learned the art of tai chi (tai ji/ 太极) from Chinese masters who shared the secrets of an ancient tradition of how to maintain health, a calm mind and a strong and vital body. Tai chi is more than just a movement, it is a philosophy of life whose laws affect all areas of our lives and help us to keep them in balance. The movements seem so simple, but the feeling of grace and lightness can only be achieved by mastering certain techniques and the balance of yin and yang forces. These practices relax and focus on the body's interaction with its environment, thus strengthening it, improving coordination, flexibility, joint flexibility, calming and strengthening the nervous system, harmonising the internal organs, and giving more vitality.

It is impossible to describe the feeling of Tai Chi, it can only be experienced."

- edita briefly introduces herself and Tai Chi.
