
Eddie Stern is a New York City-based yoga teacher, author, and lecturer recognized for his wide-ranging approach to making yoga more accessible through education and practice. He is also the creator of The Breathing App, a guided paced-breathing tool designed to help balance the nervous system, ease stress and anxiety, and support better sleep.
