
Lama Tenzin was born in Tingri, Tibet, in 1967. After leaving Tibet in 1976, he received monastic ordination and went on to complete a traditional Buddhist education at Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling Monastery, where he deepened his understanding of the teachings and practices that continue to shape his path today.
With a background rooted in both lived experience and disciplined study, he brings a grounded and authentic presence to his teaching. His approach reflects the wisdom of a long monastic tradition, offering participants an opportunity to connect with Buddhist principles in a sincere and accessible way.
