Drupon Lama Dorje

Drupon Lama Dorje

Description

Born in the remote Himalayan village of Limi, Drupon Lama Dorje entered the path of Buddhist monastic life at just five years old within the Drikung Kagyu lineage. By the age of 24, he had committed himself to a four-year solo retreat in the mountains of India, where he immersed deeply in the five-fold path of Mahamudra and the Six Yogas of Naropa.

Following this intensive period of practice, he was sent to Chile to help share and grow the Buddha Dharma. For more than 14 years, Drupon Lama Dorje has been offering Buddhist teachings and philosophy throughout South and Central America, taking part in a wide range of events and gatherings that continue to inspire seekers across the region.
