Originally from Kottakkal, Kerala, a town deeply rooted in the tradition of Ayurveda, Dr. Sajna brings both classical training and hands-on experience to her work in holistic healing. She completed her graduation in Ayurveda Medicine at Coimbatore Ayurveda College, under Dr. M G R University in Tamil Nadu, in 2012. She then spent a year training in Asthi and Marma Chikitsa under the guidance of the respected Vaidyas Dr. Sreevaths and Dr. Arathi. In addition, she earned a postgraduate qualification in Yoga and Naturopathy from Tamilnadu Sports & Physical Education University in Chennai.
Dr. Sajna’s expertise includes Asthi and Marma Chikitsa, Ayurveda and Naturopathy healing, and holistic wellness leadership. Known for her strong leadership and communication skills, she is organised, conscientious, and compassionate in her approach. Since 2014, she has been an integral part of the Vaidyagrama healing team, contributing to a supportive and attentive environment for guests seeking balance, restoration, and wellbeing.
