Dr. Sahil is a Bachelor of Physiotherapy graduate from PGIMS, Rohtak, with specialized experience in Cupping Therapy, Kinesio-Taping, and IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). At Ameya, he teaches the Physiology of Yoga, guiding students through the science of movement, alignment, and healing.
Drawing on both clinical practice and holistic wellness, Sahil connects modern physiotherapy with yogic principles. His approach highlights the body’s natural capacity to restore balance, while helping students build a deeper understanding of anatomy, safe movement, and mindful practice.
Alongside his teaching, Sahil leads specialized courses in Cupping Therapy, Therapeutic Taping, and IASTM Tool Massage. These hands-on sessions give students practical techniques to support recovery, improve mobility, and encourage overall well-being.
With curiosity and care at the heart of his work, Sahil reflects Ameya’s philosophy by blending ancient wisdom with modern science. His teaching encourages each individual to appreciate and work with the body’s unique intelligence.
