
Born in Yunnan in 1975 and raised in a Tibetan family, Dr. Lobsang has built a distinguished career at the intersection of modern medicine, Tibetan medicine, Chinese medicine, and preventive care. After studying at St. Philomena College in India and the University of Freiburg in Germany, he went on to attend the National Defense Medical Center in Taiwan. With more than a decade of deep study in family medicine, traditional healing systems, and preventive medicine, he is known for integrating different medical disciplines with a balanced, science-based approach.
In Taiwan, Dr. Lobsang has become widely recognized for his medical ethics and his belief in treating both body and mind. He currently serves as an attending physician at the Neurological Repair Center of Taipei Veterans General Hospital and founded the Dr. Lobsang Preventive Medicine Center in Taipei in 2016. His work includes ACT autologous cell therapy, cancer immunotherapy, and stem cell therapy, while also promoting a broader culture of wellness and healing.
He is also a familiar media voice, sharing practical health knowledge through television and radio programs that make preventive medicine accessible, engaging, and relevant to everyday life.
