I have been deeply connected to the practice of yoga for many years and work as an E-RYT® 500 registered yoga teacher. My solid 200-hour Jai Ma Vinyasa Yoga training places strong emphasis on anatomically correct alignment techniques and is inspired by the wisdom of the Five Elements. Alongside my teaching, I offer professional trainings and continuing education in Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, which I develop from my home in the Netherlands together with my family.
My holistic understanding of the body-mind connection was enriched through a year of intensive study in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Thai Yoga Massage. As a certified meditation and mindfulness trainer, and founder of the Mindfulness Museum, I create conscious art-perception retreats in museums and galleries. I also founded the transformative movement practice Ecstatic Dance Arnhem and regularly lead guided dance events there.
I am happy to bring my diverse programs to life in collaboration with yoga studios and cultural institutions across the German-speaking region. My teachings are inclusive and available in German, English, and Dutch, allowing me to reach a broad audience.
For me, yoga is above all a healing return to one’s inner self, the opening of new paths in life, and a profound enrichment for everyday connection with others.
