My personal journey into yoga began after three years of stage dance training at Berliner Etage. The yoga practice I explored once a week inspired me from the very beginning, and I soon wanted to learn as much as possible about it. During this time, I also completed a one-year training as a children’s dance teacher at Tanztangente. I then went on to finish a four-year yoga teacher training at Yoga Akademie Berlin, followed by a specialized children’s yoga training in Mecklenburg with Petra Proßowsky. In 2024, I began another one-year training in In Touch Massage. Numerous further trainings in Anusara Yoga, meditation, pilates, and Qi Gong have deepened and rounded out my knowledge. Since 2008, I have joyfully led group trips throughout Europe and Bali for NEUE WEGE Reisen. I spent many years regularly in Bali to continue developing my yoga skills. In the past, I taught yoga for children and adults at institutions such as Kinderhilfswerk, White Lotus, and Bali Mandala. Yoga is an inseparable part of my life, and I deeply appreciate the diversity of the practices and meditations. My work with children and young people in yoga and dance enriches me profoundly, which is why I also love bringing lightness, playfulness, and creativity into my classes for adults. I repeatedly experience the strengthening and balancing effects of yoga on a physical, mental, and emotional level, and I have come to value this deeply. It is always a great joy for me to share this knowledge with my yoga groups.

For me, yoga means coming into the body and the breath in order to walk the path toward contentment and serenity. I am happy to share this experience with my students on retreats.
