Her path into yoga began as a personal search for holistic wellness. As her interest grew, she immersed herself in a range of yogic practices and completed training in yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, sound healing, and more. She has also explored several styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Holistic Yoga, and Mindfulness Yoga.
With a compassionate and intuitive approach, Divyam Lalita leads creative, dynamic flows that highlight breath awareness and mindful movement. She encourages students to build a strong mind-body connection while listening closely to their bodies and respecting their individual needs and limits.
