
Dilek Bozan is a BACP-registered psychotherapist and trauma therapist with extensive professional experience supporting clients through a wide range of emotional challenges. Her approach draws on several well-established methods, including Person-Centered therapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and mindfulness, all of which can offer practical and effective support in the healing process.
She is also a qualified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, using this safe and compassionate approach to work with issues such as childhood trauma. With a strong background in supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of difficult early experiences, Dilek brings both depth and sensitivity to her work. In addition, she has specialist training in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), a body-oriented therapy designed to support healing from trauma, attachment wounds, and developmental challenges.
