Raised in a family immersed in Bhakti Yoga and the traditions of Ayurveda, these two sisters grew up surrounded by the energy of their parents’ retreat center and regular journeys to India, where they experienced the depth and beauty of its culture year after year. Even as children, they sensed there was something special in the way they were being raised, and over time that early inspiration naturally evolved into a lifelong calling.
Since their early twenties, they have been sharing yoga and Ayurveda through retreats and trainings across the world. After earning a degree in Traditional Eastern Arts from Naropa University, they relocated to New York City, where they spent nearly ten years living and serving at The Bhakti Center, a yoga and cultural center. During that time, they also directed two yoga studios in Manhattan’s East Village and taught in-person yoga and Ayurveda trainings to hundreds of students each year.
