About Denise Goldbeck
Denise MA, PhD, DipC, RCC is a developmentalist with a special focus on social and moral development in children. For 40 years, she has supported children, teens, and families, helping young people explore who they are and build meaningful lives. She founded Kids in the Spotlight and the Youth Leadership Program, and also leads Personal Parenting. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to helping parents create more harmony at home and raise children who are ready to thrive in a challenging world.
Expertise
As a counselor with a Developmental Psychology MA, Denise designs evidence-based performing arts retreat experiences that support powerful growth for children, youth, and their families. She uses the performing arts as a pathway for inspiring development, guiding participants of all ages to create and perform over unforgettable days. Her programs encourage youth to coach, teach, and train, building leadership skills that are closely tied to becoming fully oneself.
