
Denine discovered Bikram yoga in 2008 and immediately knew she had found something meaningful. Before that first class, she had spent time in gyms, joined group fitness classes, run half marathons, and even explored other styles of yoga, yet nothing felt as challenging or captivating. She was hooked right away. In just two months, she lost 20 pounds, began sleeping deeply, and felt full of energy. Wanting to share that experience with others, she became a teacher in Spring 2011. Outside the studio, Denine enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and savoring a good glass of wine. She finds real joy in watching students grow and transform in the hot room, and she is inspired by every one of them. In her class, you can expect clear guidance and an encouraging spirit, with the goal of helping you make your practice the best it can be.
