After the birth of her first child, Dayna began searching for a way to feel healthy and balanced in mind, body, and soul. She started practicing Hot Power Yoga and quickly knew she had found something lasting. When her teacher invited her to teacher training, she initially hesitated, worried that her insecurities and anxiety might hold her back. Instead, the experience became a path toward healing, clarity, and self-discovery.
Dayna later opened a yoga studio in Midlothian, Texas. Having her own studio gave her the opportunity to serve her community and make a meaningful difference, something she deeply values. She continues to treasure the memories created both on and off the mat. Since selling the studio, Dayna has enjoyed teaching kids yoga, beer yoga, goat yoga, chair yoga, and private parties. She loves the connection that grows through yoga. Dayna is also a licensed realtor, which helps support her family and gives her the freedom to keep sharing her passion for teaching yoga.
Dayna is a proud single mother of two beautiful children. Motherhood keeps her grounded and gives her purpose. She feels grateful to watch her children grow, and they inspire her to become better every day.
Join Dayna for a retreat where she will meet you exactly where you are. She looks forward to connecting with you and offering support and encouragement along the way, whether through yoga or life.
