About Dave Greenburg
Dave Greenburg is a special education teacher, educational team leader, and dedicated LGBTQIA+ advocate whose work centers on inclusion, connection, and community care. As President of both the Northeast Ursamen and Q Plus, he helps guide two distinct yet equally important organizations serving the broader LGBTQIA+ community. Dave also plays a key role in organizing major bear events, including Spooky Bear and the Connecticut Bear Contest, helping ensure they remain welcoming, affirming, and accessible for everyone involved.
Deeply committed to creating safe spaces where people can show up as their authentic selves, Dave brings warmth, leadership, and a genuine spirit of service to everything he does. He is thrilled to return to Easton Mountain for Spring Awakening as host, where he looks forward to building new connections and contributing to a fun, uplifting atmosphere for all participants.
