Description
Darlene is a yoga teacher, coordinator, and tarot card reader whose work brings together movement, intuition, and soulful guidance. After spending three years in Asia, she deepened her practice through studies in Tantric Yoga in Taiwan and traditional yoga in India, where she lived in an ashram and completed certification at a Sivananda-inspired school. With 18 years of active teaching behind her, she offers classes shaped by deep experience and a genuine ability to connect with others.
Her sessions may flow from strong, energizing Vinyasa to soft, restorative Yin, always supported by a thoughtfully chosen playlist. Darlene also shares her knowledge of chakra work, meditation, and intuitive readings, creating experiences that feel both grounding and transformative. As the in-house tarot card reader, she also helps guide cacao ceremonies alongside fellow Yogi Kun. Creative, open, and nurturing, Darlene brings a warm presence that extends beyond the studio into her writing, music, and everyday sense of well-being.
