
Based in San Diego, Danielle MacGregor is a yoga and barre instructor, sound healer, and retreat leader who blends movement with mindfulness in a grounded, approachable way. Holding a 500-hour RYT certification through Yoga Alliance, along with a background in barre and fitness training, she brings a thoughtful focus to alignment, steady energy, and a playful spirit that makes each class feel both supportive and uplifting.
Originally from Seattle, Danielle has shared her teaching across the world, leading retreats in Bali, Mexico, and Thailand, as well as guiding yoga classes for bachelorettes and private groups in San Diego. She is also the creator of Move with Danielle and Get Stretched SD, where she offers hands-on stretch recovery sessions designed to support full-body activation, intentional recovery, and joyful connection.
