Danielle Hoguet is a yoga teacher based in Philadelphia and holds a doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her journey into teaching began in the dance world, where she developed a deep interest in movement and the human body. After dance injuries redirected her path, she pursued advanced studies in physical therapy, yet her longing for a heart-centered practice eventually led her to yoga.
Since completing her first teacher training in 2017, Danielle has continued to grow as both a dedicated educator and a lifelong student. She has completed more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training, along with certifications in reiki and restorative yoga, and has taught for over 2,500 hours. Since 2021, she has also been facilitating teacher trainings and workshops, work she considers among her greatest joys.
Her teaching approach emphasizes strong foundational alignment, while also supporting breath fluidity and energetic body activation. With her physical therapy background, Danielle is able to guide students safely and thoughtfully, adapting practices for injuries, limitations, and a wide range of conditions. As a facilitator, she is passionate about creating space for students and inspiring them to teach—and live—yoga authentically from the heart. Outside the studio, she is usually planning her next adventure or doting on her beloved dog.
