About Daisee
Since beginning her teaching journey in 2022, Daisee Duran has used yoga as a way to build meaningful connections with people and places across the globe. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in the Costa Rican jungle and has shared her classes in a wide range of settings, from the Amazon in Ecuador to her home base in Central California, and now San Diego.
Drawing on both her mental health education and her background in fitness, Daisee brings a well-rounded approach to her teaching, offering a variety of yoga styles to support different needs and experience levels. Her grounded, uplifting presence helps create a welcoming space where yogis of all levels can feel comfortable and supported. Outside the studio, she works as a therapist, bringing a deep commitment to helping others thrive in mind and body.
