Dail López Silvano serves as a board director at the Shipibo Ayahuasca and Shamanism Foundation, where he also leads the Herbalist and Housekeeping team with care and steady guidance. Over the past decade, he has deepened his herbalist practice through close work with ayahuasca and plant spirits, learning directly from his brother, Maestro Diomar, and his father-in-law, the retired master Antonio Vasquez Galarreta.
His role combines leadership, tradition, and a strong sense of responsibility, helping create an environment that feels safe, well-organized, and supported throughout the ayahuasca ceremony. Together with the full Herbalist and Housekeeping team, Dail helps ensure participants are cared for not only in the ceremonial space, but also in the moments around it, offering reassurance and attentive presence throughout the experience.
