
Cristina Todaro, a Personal Chef, brings retreat guests vegetarian dishes with a truly distinctive flavor, and her creations have been part of our yoga retreats since the very first one in Ciociaria.
Born in Rome but rooted in southern Italy, she spent her childhood in the Castelli Romani. There, her Sicilian father tended his garden with great care, teaching her to respect the land and its precious gifts.
For Cristina, the quality of ingredients is essential. That is why, in our yoga retreats in Ciociaria, she works exclusively with local, organic, and zero-kilometer produce.
Since 2011, she has worked as an Event & Party Planner for themed dinners and tastings. Her professional background also includes collaborations with prestigious restaurants as a decorator, team coordinator, and Executive Chef. In addition, she teaches at the PIUITALIA Professional Academy.
Her passion lies in large-format leavened breads and natural sourdough baking.
