Cristiano’s teaching brings together a genuine passion for movement and a clear, insightful understanding of the human body. His yoga journey began in 2010, after he overcame hernias and disc issues through committed practice. Over time, he deepened his path through Ashtanga yoga and studies with respected teachers in India, eventually becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2018.
Alongside yoga, Cristiano revisited his earlier university studies in anatomy, exploring musculature and biomechanics through direct, practical observation. His interest in healing and support for others also led him into yoga therapy, where he learned by observing and assisting a yoga therapist in Goa, working with people living with injuries and illness.
With a background in sports and martial arts, Cristiano offers a grounded and balanced approach that combines scientific precision with holistic wellness. His sessions invite students to connect mind, body, and spirit while discovering the transformative depth of Ashtanga yoga.
