Courtney Alexander is a trauma-informed coach who supports people as they explore identity, relationships, and faith with honesty and authenticity. Drawing on years of ministry and leadership experience, she understands how often Christians can feel weighed down by transactional ideas about God, hurt within church spaces, and the pressure to apply a formula to relationships. Courtney is committed to creating environments where people feel genuinely seen, without having to earn their place or diminish themselves to meet expectations.
Her background includes work with nonprofit organizations, churches, small businesses, college and young adult ministries, and online communities. In these settings, she has helped people grow in self-awareness, release unhealthy patterns, and move toward a more authentic relationship with themselves, others, and God. As the eldest daughter and a ministry leader, Courtney knows the burden of striving to be “good enough” in order to receive love—from God, from others, and even from herself. Her own journey led her away from religious performance and into the truth that she is fully known and fully loved בדיוק as she is. Today, she helps others embrace that same freedom. While she coaches women in every relationship stage, she has a special heart for those navigating unexpected or long-term singleness.
Courtney earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, an MBA with a focus in Ministerial Leadership, and completed the Freedom Movement Coaching Certificate program. During her certification journey, she met her husband, Nickalis, and they were married in 2024.

Her mission is to help people move beyond rigid expectations, approach their own patterns with curiosity, and step into a life marked by freedom, connection, and abundance.
