
With more than 20 years of yoga practice behind her, Constina Alston-Howley brings both depth and authenticity to every class she leads. What began as a simple way to relieve the pressure of corporate life and enjoy a good stretch before or after cardio gradually became a lifelong path of self-connection. Time and again, she returned to the mat because each session left her feeling more grounded and in touch with her true self.
Her teaching style reflects that same sincerity. Constina encourages students to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and explore the balance between stillness and expression. She places strong emphasis on aligning breath with movement and on connecting with one’s own energy, creating a space where practice becomes both physical and deeply personal.
