Colleen Marie began her circus journey in 2013 at the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts, where she trained in fabric, rope, trapeze, and lyra. After graduating, she moved west and spent the following years building a diverse career in aerial arts and performance. Her experience includes managing a boutique aerial studio in San Francisco, serving as Director of Programming at a circus school in Oakland, and working as Choreography Director for multiple cirque shows, all while teaching and performing across the United States and Mexico.
In 2019, a circus contract brought her to Europe, where she continued to share her passion for circus arts while deepening her connection to European-style aerial acrobatics. In October 2020, she opened Lucid Aerial Arts and began coordinating daily classes, high-end performances, day festivals, photography experiences, and retreats. Looking ahead to 2023, she is planning to open a retreat space in Belize, adding another exciting milestone to her evolving creative path.
