Colin is an osteopathic practitioner and a member of Osteopath BC. He completed his osteopathy training in Melbourne, Australia, earning a Master’s degree from Victoria University. He has also expanded his expertise through multiple courses focused on biomechanics and more efficient body movement.
He has worked extensively with professional golfers, including time on the LPGA Tour from 2015 to 2019. In that role, he supported some of the world’s best athletes with manual treatment, rehabilitation exercises, and strength and conditioning to promote recovery from injury and help reduce the risk of setbacks during the season.
Colin uses a variety of manual techniques to help reduce pain and improve range of motion. After treatment, he prescribes targeted movements and exercises designed to support stronger, more efficient movement patterns and encourage longer-lasting relief.
His approach extends beyond pain management, with a focus on helping people continue to build movement quality and strength. Through ongoing coaching and practice, he aims to increase confidence in movement and help prevent future injuries. He also looks at long-standing concerns and subtle limitations that may be contributing to acute or chronic issues.
Colin stays active through regular golf, hiking, and playing on a men’s hardball baseball team in the Lower Mainland.
