Coco discovered yoga in 2005, first encountering Bikram yoga during high school. What began as a straightforward workout soon became a steady source of support through autoimmune flare-ups, body image struggles, and periods of emotional unraveling. Her teaching is informed by both personal experience and formal study. In 2023, she completed her 200-hour Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training with Anuttara and is now in her final year of Somatic Experiencing®, deepening her understanding of nervous system support. She has also trained with Eat Breath Thrive Yoga for Eating Disorder Recovery and Compassionate Inquiry®, strengthening her ability to work skillfully with the body. Her background as a bikini competitor, followed by a successful but burnt-out career as a corporate professional and entrepreneur, gives her a grounded perspective on discipline, performance, and the complexity that can exist beneath a high-functioning exterior. Coco’s classes range from slow, deeply restorative sessions to more cathartic, sensation-driven movement in the heat. Each offering is a sensory experience where movement, breath, and sound come together. Music is chosen with intention so that playlist and practice support one another, while sculpting, stretching, and strengthening unfold naturally. “Little by little, a little becomes a lot.”
