With more than 24 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation, Claire has played a pioneering role in shaping the Vinyasa Method in the West. She was also one of the first two teachers to begin training UK yoga teachers in this approach in 2009. Her teaching blends deep respect for traditional lineages with an informed, contemporary perspective, incorporating biomechanical awareness, trauma-informed techniques, kriya for purification, and music as a therapeutic somatic tool for greater awareness and freedom.
Claire’s grounded, approachable style creates a welcoming space for practitioners of all backgrounds. Her sessions are designed to support connection, well-being, nourishing food, restful sleep, and meaningful community. Precise, uplifting, and inspiring, her teaching invites you to explore practice with curiosity and confidence, whether you are new to yoga or have been on the path for years.
