I believe in the power of breathwork to restore energy, soothe the mind, and ease stress and anxiety. Over time, I have developed a personal practice shaped by the gifts of the earth and the heavens, guided by the wheel of the year and the rhythm of each season. It weaves together goddess-inspired themes, crystals, moon ceremonies, equinoxes and solstices, spiritual meditation, and the occasional wild dance.

My shamanic approach is deeply connected to my yoga, rooted in a profound love of nature in all her beauty. It is nurturing, empowering, and energizing. Being on the land has always made my heart sing: I listen to the earth, hear the whisper of the waves, and feel at home among stones, trees, animals, and the ever-changing moon and stars. I have also always seen colors around plants and everything around me.

There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing people leave as a new person, freer and more open. Join me, and let me share the magic and the love.
