
With more than six years of personal yoga practice and a 200-hour instructor training completed in 2022, Christopher DeLucci brings both dedication and lived experience to every class he leads. His teaching style is centered on gentle yoga, making his sessions especially welcoming for beginners and for those navigating mobility challenges.
After 26 years of service with the United States Coast Guard, Christopher is deeply committed to sharing the benefits of trauma-informed yoga with veterans and first responders. He creates a space rooted in compassion, where students of all ages and abilities can explore movement, breath, and mindfulness without judgment. In his classes, participants can expect a supportive environment that encourages comfort, confidence, and steady progress.
