Christine Riedtmann Engi

Christine Riedtmann Engi and Martin welcome guests to Centre Les Labadous in the south of France, where they host Choose Again workshops and retreats in a peaceful, supportive setting. Their offerings are designed for those seeking deeper healing, personal insight, and meaningful inner change, with space to step away from daily life and reconnect with themselves.

Alongside their in-person programs, they also lead online daily Choose Again healing circles each week, making this work accessible to a wider community. Their approach is rooted in the transformative power of Diederik’s six steps, which Christine describes as life-changing and deeply effective in moving beyond long-standing emotional heaviness.

Through these gatherings, participants are invited into a compassionate process of reflection, release, and renewal. Whether joining a retreat in France or attending from home, guests can expect a warm and guided environment focused on healing, connection, and lasting transformation.
