About Christine Breese
Christine Breese founded Gaia Sagrada Ayahuasca Retreat Center near Cuenca, Ecuador, and the University of Metaphysical Sciences (UMS) in Arcata, California. Through both projects, she has devoted her life to creating safe, nurturing environments for spiritual exploration and transformation.
Vision and Experience
With Gaia Sagrada, Christine’s intention is to make authentic plant medicine traditions available in a respectful and responsible way. She works alongside highly experienced ayahuasca and San Pedro shamans in Ecuador, and brings more than 35 years on the spiritual path, including deep immersion in shamanic practices and many other disciplines.

Beyond her retreats and teaching, Christine offers a broad collection of free resources online. Her talks, meditations, and teachings are available through her YouTube and Vimeo channels, as well as on her website ChristineBreese.com. She is also writing two books: Choose Yourself: The Power of One to Change the World and Integrity Handbook for Spiritual Teachers, Healers and Leaders.
