
Christina Feldman is widely recognized as a leading voice in insight meditation and a co-founder of Gaia House, as well as a guiding teacher at the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts. Since 1976, she has shared retreats around the world, offering teachings that support deep reflection, clarity, and a grounded approach to mindfulness practice.
An accomplished author, Christina has written several books and continues to contribute to the field through both teaching and scholarship. She is also part of the teaching faculty for the CPP programme, which explores the early teachings of the Buddha and their practical application today. In addition, she teaches the Buddhist psychological foundations of mindfulness to future mindfulness teachers in England, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Her most recent book, Mindfulness: Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Psychology, co-authored with Willem Kuyken, was published in summer 2019.
