Since beginning her meditation journey in 2017, Christie Conochalla has experienced how steady practice can soften even the busiest of lives. What started as a personal path has become a deep source of gratitude, reflection, and ongoing learning. She continues to study the Dharma, read widely, and spend time in retreat alongside supportive teachers and Sangha members, drawing inspiration from shared practice and community.
Christie is also grateful to be part of Big Bear Retreat Center, a place she has come to know first as a beautiful setting for her own practice and now as a meaningful space where she can support others on theirs. Her presence reflects a quiet dedication to mindfulness, spaciousness, and the transformative value of consistent inner work.
