Chris Wilson began teaching in 2007, following his first of many teacher trainings in Vancouver, Canada. Of the many teachers he has studied with, Erich Schiffman, Richard Miller, and Rupert Spira have been his main inspirations.
He has led more than 20 200-Hour teacher trainings, as well as advanced trainings in pranayama and meditation, alongside numerous immersive retreats. Chris views yoga and meditation as tools that can help us live with greater skill and discover a sense of wholeness within. His focus is on simplifying the practice, making the deeper teachings more accessible, and supporting each person in recognising their innate wholeness.
“Moving into Stillness” is a retreat combining movement, meditation, delicious food, nourishing conversations, and walks in nature. It offers a deep exploration of the heart of yoga and meditation practice, helping us release tension and reconnect with an inner ease.
During this retreat, Chris will share simple yet powerful inquiries designed to transform physical and emotional holding patterns, calm the nervous system, and open the door to a deeper experience of ease and wellbeing.
These Non-Dual teachings invite us to recognise that peace and happiness are the essence of who we are, and that this same essence is shared by everyone and everything.
