Chika Wakamori

As a certified hypnotherapist, mindfulness coach, and Reiki healer from Japan, I have spent years exploring spirituality and wellness through both study and lived experience. Holding a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in education from the United States, I bring together insights shaped by different cultures. Working as an educator showed me how powerfully mindfulness and holistic education can support students’ lives. Inspired by the wisdom passed down from my grandfather, a respected Shinto priest and energy healer, I answered my calling to support others through energy work. I believe transformation is possible within each of us, at every stage of life. By exploring consciousness and learning to shift awareness, meaningful change can unfold. I look forward to sharing my practice at the enchanting ašuma retreat and inviting you into a journey of holistic wellness and self-discovery.
