
Chiara offers a grounded and inspiring approach to Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, shaped by years of dedicated practice and study. Her journey began with Ashtanga, and a transformative trip to India in 2019 marked a turning point in both her personal and teaching path. Since then, she has deepened her knowledge through a 200-hour Hatha & Vinyasa Flow training and a 250-hour certification in 2022, both recognized by Yoga Alliance.
With a strong interest in anatomy and movement, Chiara has also explored Kundalini and Yin yoga, bringing a thoughtful balance of strength, awareness, and softness to her classes. Her sessions are dynamic yet approachable, designed to welcome practitioners of different levels and help each person move with confidence. Above all, she is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where students can feel protected, at ease, and connected to themselves.
