Chhayleang KAUY sees health and well-being as the truest form of wealth, and believes this gift should be available to every living being. Her work is rooted in the idea that when our basic needs for wellness are supported, we gain the freedom to rewrite our stories and step into our fullest potential.
Her yoga teaching is centered on healing, growth, and meaningful transformation. For Chhayleang, yoga extends far beyond movement on the mat; it is a compassionate way of living, guided by kindness toward ourselves and others. Deeply inspired by the positive impact yoga had on her own life, she has trained extensively in Jivamukti and trauma-informed yoga.
In addition to her teaching, Chhayleang is pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Counseling at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). Through the integration of yoga, psychology, and compassionate care, she hopes to support others on a path toward authentic healing and a life of purpose.
