Cheryl (Kalavati) has studied ayurveda for many years, completing her Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification at Kripalu and continuing her training with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute. A licensed massage therapist since 2002, she offers deep tissue, pain management, prenatal, sports, and therapeutic massage. Having experienced the transformative benefits of ayurveda in her own life, she brings deep trust and dedication to this healing path. Her work includes nurturing Ayurvedic bodywork and treatments, along with massage therapy designed to support balance and well-being.
