
Chelsey Huntley is a dedicated yoga and Pilates instructor who brings both experience and heart to every class she teaches. She believes in yoga’s power to create greater peace, balance, and resilience in daily life, and her own journey has shaped a teaching style rooted in transformation and growth. After practicing for many years and discovering yoga as a powerful support for stress relief, she traveled to India in 2017 to complete a 200-hour teacher training, deepening her understanding of both the physical and spiritual dimensions of the practice.
Inspired to broaden her approach, Chelsey later earned a mat Pilates certification, adding focused core work and flexibility training to her offerings. Last year, she returned to India to complete a 300-hour yoga teacher training, further refining her skills and expanding her knowledge of advanced yoga techniques. Students can expect thoughtful guidance, supportive instruction, and a balanced approach that blends strength, mobility, and mindfulness.
