Chellsey Latham is the owner of Hot Asana Studio North Conway, an E-RYT 200, YACEP, and a faculty member at Hot Asana Yoga University.
Her path to yoga began in a physical therapy room after a traumatic spinal injury nearly altered the direction of her life. What first emerged as a route toward healing gradually evolved into a lifelong practice shaped by resilience, purpose, and transformation.
For the past 15 years, Chellsey has practiced consistently, drawing on yoga not only as a physical discipline, but as a way to reconnect mind, body, and spirit. She holds a 200-hour RYT certification through Hot Asana University and is currently advancing her studies through the 300-hour program. Alongside her yoga background, she is also a Clinical Nutrition Specialist with a focus on plant-based nutrition, bringing a holistic perspective to wellness beyond the mat.
Opening Hot Asana North Conway was a calling and an opportunity to foster stronger community, deeper education, and authentic connection in the Mount Washington Valley. Through sweat, soul, and shared experience, Chellsey is cultivating a space where people can grow, heal, and feel at home.
This is more than a studio. It is a community, a movement, and a return to what matters most.
