As a seasoned world traveler, he has trained in retreat and spiritual centers around the world, on organic farms, in New York City restaurants, and through his work as a caterer and private chef.

His approach to food is rooted in nourishment, creativity, and balance. Eytan is passionate about preparing clean, nutritious meals that are both innovative and deeply satisfying, supporting an active lifestyle as well as spiritual practice. His cooking is consistently praised by retreat guests, reflecting the care and quality he brings to every table.
