Hatha yoga and meditation teacher Chandrika brings a depth of experience shaped by years of study and practice in ashrams and spiritual centers across India. Since beginning her teaching journey in 2011, she has shared her knowledge at respected retreats in India and Europe, offering sessions that are both gentle and profound. Her approach is inspired by traditions such as Kashmir Shaivism, Vedanta, and yoga, which she weaves together naturally through her teaching presence.
Chandrika’s background includes exploration of several well-known schools, including Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Scaravelli, Iyengar, and Bihar School of Yoga. Her movement-based classes are breath-centered, guiding students to experience asana not only as physical practice, but as a meditative journey. Within our yoga teacher trainings, she teaches traditional hatha yoga methodology, asana, and meditation sessions, creating a supportive space for deeper learning and inner awareness.
