Chakaruna Moxie is a trauma-informed psychotherapist, plant medicine integration guide, and ceremony support facilitator whose work brings together somatic healing, expressive arts, inner child work, and compassionate guidance. Her approach is deeply personal and rooted in lived experience. After many years of dissociation and using substance abuse as a way to escape, she found her way back to herself through plant medicine, somatic practice, creative expression, and the humble teachings of Peruvian Indigenous traditions.
Today, she offers integration support that reflects the path that helped her heal and return to presence. Her sessions are shaped to support those navigating profound inner work, offering space to process, ground, and reconnect with the body in a safe and supportive way. With warmth, sensitivity, and a trauma-informed perspective, Moxie creates an environment where participants can explore healing at a steady, embodied pace.
