Cathrena McRae is a seasoned yoga and mindfulness practitioner with over three decades of experience in the practice and teaching of yoga and gentle movement. She is one of the key wellness facilitators at The Reef House Adults Retreat in Palm Cove, Queensland, Australia, where she leads classes designed to help guests find greater calm, clarity, flexibility, and release during their stay.
At the retreat, Cathrena is best known for her “Stretch & Breathe” sessions, which take place poolside in the resort’s tranquil setting.
