It is a true honour and joy to support you on your path toward healing and wholeness. Through a grounded and compassionate approach, this teacher works with inquiry, massage, and deep rest to help create the space your system needs to soften and restore.

Sessions draw on a rich background in craniosacral therapy, deep tissue work, Mayan abdominal massage, breathwork, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and somatic therapy. The focus is on tending to the body’s physical needs first, allowing deeper layers of subtle energy to relax, open, and move with greater ease.

Each experience is designed to feel nurturing, attentive, and restorative, inviting you to slow down and reconnect with yourself in a supportive setting.
