Born in Yorkshire, UK, Cat has spent the past decade living and working across Asia, and is now based in Granada, Spain. Her path into yoga began in India in 2013, where she encountered Bhakti through devotional chanting. From there, she deepened her studies in traditional hatha yoga and went on to earn certificates in embodiment facilitation, yin yoga, and reiki.
Cat’s teaching weaves together expressive, sacred, and therapeutic practices, with a strong focus on community and connection. Guided by the natural world, her own rhythms, and a love of the mystical and mythical, she creates a welcoming space for somatic discovery. Her sessions invite participants to slow down, tune in, and explore the intelligence of the body with curiosity and care.
Rather than emphasizing achievement, Cat encourages a process-led approach that honours each person’s unique experience. Her work is rooted in nurturing interbeing and supporting the wisdom that lives within every body.
