Carson currently leads breathwork circles and ceremonies across several locations in the East Kent region of the United Kingdom, offering supportive spaces for people to reconnect with themselves through conscious breathing. His current offerings include Breathwork with Cacao Ceremonies, online sessions, and a Breath and Ice workshop, each designed to meet participants where they are and invite a deeper sense of wellness and purpose.

With a curious and exploratory approach, Carson is always looking at how this practice can best serve others on their personal journey. He also welcomes collaboration with fellow practitioners and communities throughout the UK and beyond.
