
With more than 16 years of teaching experience, Caroline brings a thoughtful and uplifting approach to yoga and barre classes. Her sessions blend Vinyasa flow, core and strengthening work, and moments of complete relaxation, creating a balanced practice that feels both energising and restorative. Known for her warm, playful energy, she loves making each class feel engaging, welcoming, and enjoyable for every participant.
Caroline is currently training in mat Pilates and will bring this influence into her retreat offering. Expect a dynamic mix of Pilates-inspired movement, energising yoga flows, and deeply restful restorative elements, designed to support both strength and release throughout the weekend.
